Full Job Description
- Reporting to the Catering Manager, overseeing the kitchen team.
- Responsible for leading the kitchen team in producing high quality seasonal food in a timely fashion.
- Conduct daily briefings before service ensuring all Chefs understand the day's menus and are aware of their responsibilities for the day
- Maintaining and implementing service standards.
- Cooking of Breakfast, Lunch and Preparing Salad Bars, using approved recipes for a busy workplace unit.
- Following company Allergen and Due Dilligence and procedures at all times.
- Assisting with ordering, stock taking and following stock rotation,
- Setting up and maintaining Hot counters during service.
