Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an individual who is passionate and dedicated about catering and events to come and join our Aramark UK team as a Head Chef working with our client in Upton, Northampton, NN4 9BX., A day in the life of a Head Chef:
- General production of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Assisting all culinary requirements for Internal & External Hospitality Events
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
- Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- Manage all associated administration
Relevant culinary experience operating at a Head Chef level - A passion for food and service
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
