Head Chef - Reading

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to work in a large and impressive full staff restaurant catering for Gatwick Airport's huge workforce. Our team are on site from 7-3pm daily, 7 days per week, to ensure the busy airport workforce have all the fuel they need to keep the airport running efficiently! The Head Chef will be required to work 5 out of 7 days including alternative weekends starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm. This is a fast paced role working in a great team. Free staff parking once Gatwick pass approved.,

• To ensure that all food prepared is of a high standard and meets with customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service
• To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity, consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes.
• To supervise kitchen staff
