- Supporting the recruitment and induction of new team members Leading, managing and developing your Brigade whilst ensuring their training is fully complete at all times Conduct kitchen audits in line with company expectations, maintaining the operational standards at all times Be responsible for the creation of kitchen rota, ensuring labour targets are met Be able to design, create and cost new menu items for daily specials when needed in line with company policy Conduct weekly stock takes to ensure delivery of GP margins in line with targets Adopt a proactive strategy to boost sales and drive growth by engaging effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams., We take pride in providing a warm and welcoming environment where you can enjoy live sport, a proper pint, or delicious pub food and simply sit back and relax.
