Full Job Description

Full-time, permanent, 52 weeks per year, 40 hours per week We are seeking a Head Groundsperson to assist the Grounds and Gardens Manager in maintaining the highest standards of playing surfaces, sports and amenity surfaces for the College. You will use your technical expertise and detailed operational expertise to ensure safe and consistent quality playing surfaces are always available as required. This position will deputise in the absence of the Grounds Manager. Working alongside the Head Gardener, you will support the wider to team to achieve their objectives. You will also assist the team at St Neots preparatory school, as required, to support the success of the LWC Group. Please be aware this is a physically demanding and active post.
