Head Housekeeper

The Head Housekeeper in our team maintain the highest standards operational management, ensuring that all standards are met within our team. Other duties include -

• Assisting with the supervision of all housekeeping employees and contractors throughout the hotel.
• Supporting the Executive Housekeeper in the overall running of the housekeeping department and to deputise for the Executive Housekeeper in her absence.
• Actively follow up on guest incidents and to inform the Executive Housekeeper on the actions taken.
• Liaising with Front Office/ Engineering/ Guest Relations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Actively participating in Focus Groups, such as Guest Satisfaction Workshop etcetera.
