Head Housekeeper

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Head Housekeeper to join the team at The Cumberland Hotel, Scarborough., As a Head Housekeeper you will work 42 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £13.35 - Regardless of age!, As Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing a team of housekeepers, ensuring hotel bedrooms and public areas are presented to a high standard and customer expectations are met during their stay. Your role will be a supervisory one to spot checking rooms and controlling the administrative side, which will including ordering of stock and materials. The role will require you to be an active member of team, cleaning rooms as and when required.

Experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills being able to lead and motivate a team
Cleaning rooms to a consistently high standard
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Excellent organisational skills
To be flexible and keep calm under pressure
Working at speed but with consistency
Great attention to detail
