Head Kitchen Porter - London

Working pattern: {shifts} mon day to friday 40 hrs per week . paid overtime and performance related bonus The Head Kitchen Porter is responsible for smooth and consistent operation in the pot wash area, kitchen and customer service areas. This is by ensuring:

• Supervising Kitchen Porters team and being responsible for quality of work
• Responsible for Health and Safety and COSSH regulations being followed at all times
• Making the weekly rota for porters on request of the senior management
• Dish wash, pot wash and kitchen cleaning responsibly
• Holiday management for the team
• Tracking cleaning supplies and ordering them accordingly.
