Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Alliance to join a college that is committed to transforming the lives of young people across our region. We are looking for an excellent leader, who is able to create, implement and share their vision for outstanding Post-16 Pastoral Support and who will inspire and empower others to achieve this. The successful candidate will be driven by a commitment to creating the best possible educational opportunities for the young people of Leeds, in order to raise aspirations and transform lives.

  • Relevant degree or Level 6 qualification.

  • A minimum of two years successful experience of working within a Post 16 provision.

  • Knowledge of effective leadership and line management strategies and processes.

  • Knowledge of external agencies and how these can support a wide range of student needs.
