The Head of Integration & Innovation will provide the direction required to ensure their team can meet the Trust's needs and objectives within agreed timelines, budget and desired quality metrics, ensuring
that workforce planning and performance align with demand. The post holder will act as the subject matter expert for IA, RPA and AI and will use skills and knowledge to create end-to-end business processes that think, learn and adapt on their own.

The Head of Integration & Innovation will lead and drive the development and sustainability of the Trust's digital interface and robotic technologies, continually striving to improve quality and responsiveness
of these applications for the benefit of colleagues and patients alike.
The post holder will achieve this through the leadership & management of a team of skilled and motivated development and integration professionals, either line or matrix managed, to ensure these applications and services are available and fit for purpose.
