  • As Head of Audience you'll be at the forefront of driving digital content strategy at the Racing Post, shaping our website and app and ensuring our content reaches and engages a broad audience of racing enthusiasts and sports bettors. Leading a team of talented digital content editors, you will collaborate with teams across the newsroom to produce world-class content, present it powerfully and serve our customers with exceptional digital journalism. Your leadership will ensure our platforms are dynamic, compelling and fresh, are at the vanguard of digital publishing trends and are rigorously optimised for engagement, conversion and growth.
