Full Job Description

We're looking for a Head of Bid Management to join our pre-construction team based in London., Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us What will you be responsible for? As Head of Bid Management, you'll be working within the pre-construction team, supporting them in winning projects. Your day to day will include:

  • Deliver high quality bids that articulate our offer in response to client specific requirements
  • Bring together internal and external stakeholders to develop win themes and create industry leading offers in response to client needs
  • Agree the win plan and bid programme with the Bid Director
  • Lead on developing effective bid win strategies
  • Develop and own the bid programme and deliverables schedule

    Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Extensive experience of developing bid-win strategies and delivering high quality bids to deadlines
  • Experience of using MS Word, Excel, and InDesign
  • Ability to collaborate and manage others
