Head of Blood Donation Services

As a member of the Welsh Blood Service (WBS) Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will lead the Blood Donation Services across Wales and be accountable for the strategic direction, leadership, financial and operational and clinical management of all Donation Services functions.

You will lead the Blood Donation Services' elements of change programmes, including WBS Futures, and will be the subject matter expert in, and responsible for:

Whole Blood Donation and Apheresis Collection Services

Donor Engagement and Donor Recruitment

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
