The role's primary focus is to develop our differentiated brand positioning, devise the marketing strategies and implement the plans to support growth targets for Le Boat! You will lead all marketing channels and the regional marketing teams in our global source offices, collaborating closely with the Head of CRM, Head of Web Conversion, and Creative Production Manager.

W hat you will be doing
Leadership
+ Engineer and be responsible for the team of marketeers, motivating and mentoring them to achieve their individual and collective goals.
+ Occasionally represent Le Boat at Travelopia Group marketing forums
Marketing Strategy
+ Based on business objectives set by the business and Global Marketing Director, define data driven plans to deliver on brand awareness, new customer acquisition and qualified lead generation to improve conversion and retention
+ Be the global brand guardian, internally promoting, developing and fostering the brand proposition as well as how it is communicated to staff and customers globally
+ Work with Operations and other colleagues to ensure the consistent and high quality delivery of the brands' proposition end to end - from marketing and sales to on-trip and then return
Budget Management
+ Recommend allocation of the marketing budget by source market, to deliver acquisition activities (and retention working with the Head of CRM) while growing marketing efficiency (return on investment) and delivery of commercial targets
+ Responsible for ensuring the effective governance of regional marketing budgets, forecasting spend on a monthly basis
Campaign Planning & Management
+ Build and implement marketing campaigns aligning with the defined strategy to target specific customer groups across multiple marketing channels, sharing standard processes across the teams to ensure good ideas are replicated where appropriate
+ Generating high quality leads through our Acquisition team, guiding market-winning strategy across channels like PPC, social, display, partnerships, PR, influencers, Podcasts, events, and ATL
+ Collaborate to use customer data and insights to recommend segmentation and personalization strategies for acquisition globally to improve leads
+ Using Customer Data to improve the scheduling and targeting of off-line and on-line communications and tailor promotional messages to meet individual customer needs
+ Work closely with Sales Managers to use their insight to understand client interests and concerns, and use those when crafting campaigns
Reporting & Analysis
+ Ensure each marketing activity has its own measures that are closely aligned to the business objectives. Report on the success of marketing through return on investment focused metrics
+ Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and competitor activity on an ongoing basis using agreed goals and objectives, providing regular feedback to line managers and in key meetings e.g. weekly trading calls
Website Content & Optimisation
+ Collaborate with internal teams on website performance and support transformation
+ Responsible for global websites user experience and lead generation, ensuring they are kept up to date with engaging content and copy crafted to convert sessions to leads and leads to opportunities, on mobile and desktop
+ Partner internally to ensure websites are SEO-optimised and demonstrate CRO and other services from central Travelopia Group and Marketing Centers of Excellence, as well as external agencies where appropriate

+ 10+ years of validated experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a global organisation in travel or marine sectors
+ Knowledge and understanding of brand strategy, customer insight, proposition development and acquisition marketing techniques from digital marketing to influence response media online and offline
+ Demonstrate success with customer acquisition strategies, with examples of cutting through in a driven market
+ Strong people leadership skills, including of remote teams
+ Creative problem solver with the ability to efficiently multi-task
+ Familiarity with analytics and CRM tools such as Hubspot
