Full Job Description

Responsible for the planning, development and execution of various brand launches/activities and communication both externally and internally and across all our retailers. Overseeing development and implementation of support materials. Directing the efforts of the Brand Marketing team and coordinating at strategic and tactical levels with key stakeholders of the Clarins Group Team in Paris. What you'll do: Strategy & Planning: Support the Marketing Director in creating the UK Marketing strategy in line with the Group's overall strategy. Implement and measure the success of comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand image and position, ensuring alignment with budget and ROI targets. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with Group Head Office Teams to understand category ambitions and share recommendations for the UK market. Partner with external media agencies to execute innovative campaigns and manage the media budget. Communication & Materials: Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent message and tone across all channels. Oversee the production of brand marketing materials to maintain brand standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing managers to implement cohesive plans across all channels, including customer experience, partnership marketing, and merchandising. Build cross-functional relationships to integrate wider business opportunities and challenges into marketing plans. Team Leadership: Guide and support the day-to-day activities of the brand marketing and graphic design teams. Empower, inspire, and motivate the teams, fostering a creative environment and developing new ways of working. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise consumer/customer insights and market research to lead the development of the brand team's strategy. Conduct business analysis using various data sources to understand performance and develop action plans to achieve brand targets. Sales Promotion Management: Manage the Sales Promotion budget and work closely with the Supply Chain to plan and track promotion lines related to brand marketing activities.

  • You have:
  • A strong background in Brand Marketing (10 years' experience) and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, developed in either an FMCG or retail environment, preferably in the Beauty Industry.
  • Demonstrable skills, knowledge, and experience creating and implementing brand marketing strategies, as well as overseeing the execution of marketing activities
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Experience managing, hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising team members.
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print and digital materials and publications with smooth implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
