Head of Bucks Green Energy

Buckinghamshire College Group recently launched the Bucks Green Energy Skills Hub. In partnership with Daikin and Quantum Group, the Bucks Green Skills Hub is a new training facility for heat pump engineers in hopes of closing the green skills gap within Buckinghamshire, and also assisting the government in becoming net zero by 2050. We are looking to recruit a Head of Bucks Green Energy to manage the Bucks Green Energy Skills Hub. Ensuring that there is an innovative and diverse curriculum, which offers our students and those looking to retrain or upskill an opportunity to become the new generation of Green Energy skilled operatives.

Based at our Aylesbury Campus the Head of Bucks Green Energy will:

• Drive Business Growth: Manage course bookings and generate business for the Hub.


• Engage and Inspire: Create and deliver engaging curriculum and lessons for the course's delivered.


• Provide Guidance: Offer information, advice, and guidance to Hub users to inspire careers in the renewables sector.


• Market and Promote: Execute marketing and promotional activities to engage employers, small businesses, and other sources, ensuring the Hub meets income targets and becomes self-sustaining.
