Head of Business

The Head of Business will ensure that high-quality learning takes place, and that outstanding attainment and progress are secured at all key stages as well as ensuring the Business Department is led at the same high standard across all teaching.

The job purpose of the Head of Business is to lead, manage, and develop the Business department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. You will oversee the curriculum, support staff development, and align departmental goals with the broader objectives of the school. Additionally, you will provide leadership in fostering an environment that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and a passion for business education.
