Full Job Description

  • Lead teams to deliver high-performance outcomes and maintain high standards of customer service.

  • Ensure business quality conforms to industry regulations and company standards.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Deliver effective management information (MI) reporting, trend analysis, and insights.

  • Collaborate with senior managers, business channels, IT, and compliance teams.

  • Manage the annual budget for the service and represent the company in key governance groups.

    Significant senior-level experience in an operational department.

  • Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and change leadership.

  • Strong strategic workforce planning, talent management, and engagement experience.

  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to engage at all levels and create a collaborative work environment.

  • Budgetary experience is essential.

  • Financial services background is desirable.
