Head of Catering (Grade G)

We are now recruiting for an Head of Catering -this role is a multifunctional role, and will cover the Patient Meal Service ,Hostess, Housekeeping & Retail Services, leading and managing a team of over 100 colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service are given to our patients, service users and colleagues,.

Our Catering Team which won Team of the Year, is passionate about our patients experience, and developing our service to meet the needs of our patients, colleagues and service users, but also that we work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, building upon the trusts foundations and right care values.

Informal visits to the department are encouraged., To facilitate an efficient and effective catering service for staff and visitors to Airedale General Hospital. This role will be responsible for all catering operations and will have direct operational responsibility for the catering teams including budgetary responsibility. The post holder will also have responsibility for policy implementation and service development.
