Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead a newly developing business within the Royals certifications domain. This role involves guiding an emerging venture focused on creating and distributing world-class sports-related courses, with the goal of evolving it into a leading global platform.
The role will include working with key stakeholders across the business and externally in developing content, designing and launching the program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a certifications platform focusing on sports related content.
Scale the business, with an aim to achieve a 10k learner base and $500K ARR by Oct 2025
Accountable for developing content creation & design with agencies, subject matter experts, build marketing campaigns, work on product building, and issue resolution.
Build a high skilled community by establishing a structured pathway of courses including foundation to specialised modules.
Activate new channels of revenue via like-minded partners, sporting bodies, etc.
Explore different ways of business expansion and launch program in different geographies.
Manage key stakeholders for the business, including Subject Matter Experts, design agencies, faculties, etc., An entrepreneurial environment where you have a chance to build a million-dollar business from ground up.

The Process:
We have a rigorous recruitment process which we use for all our roles to ensure we attract the very best and diverse talent.
This will involve an initial telephone conversation, followed by a panel interview and a case study where you will meet with that businesses management team and the Chief Operating team over 2 stages.
