Full Job Description
Are you a change management expert with a passion for driving business process improvement? If so, we want you to lead our Change Team as the Head of Change!
What you will be doing:
1. Lead and direct the Change Team to implement impactful business process improvements and manage change initiatives effectively.
2. Plan and resource change initiatives, ensuring effective capture of business requirements and application of appropriate methodologies.
3. Manage and develop the Change Team's performance while balancing project priorities and resource allocation.
4. Oversee the execution of our continuous improvement program within the Shared Service Centre, ensuring changes are delivered successfully and benefits are tracked.
5. Drive innovative idea generation and collaborate with the SSC Leadership Team to align business and systems change initiatives.
