Full Job Description
The role creates an exciting opportunity to play an important management role in the University and will to help deliver the unique Lancaster College experience.
The role will provide strategic operational management of the colleges to deliver an outstanding student and staff experience that aligns with and fully supports the wider collegiate vision and values to support our 'Community of Communities', driving improvements and consistency.
We are looking to recruit someone into this role who is as enthusiastic and excited about our unique college system as we are, bringing core leadership skills, to directly line manage College Managers, driving best practice, with innovative and efficient solutions.
The role will report to the Dean for Colleges and will work collaboratively college stakeholders both internally and externally to the colleges. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and equitable operation of college offerings.
