Full Job Description
- Develop and implementation of all governance within the Property Function
- Development of Property Procurement Strategy
- Development of Transformation Strategy
- Management of PMO across Property Function
- Management of Business Continuity Plans for the Property Function
- Delivery of all required performance metrics, performance reporting and benchmarking
- Data Analysis; drive portfolio analytics and data strategy, developing and presenting data analytic models to identify trends, patterns and forecasts
- Design and delivery of SLAs, KPIs, practical and realistic specifications
- Designing the supplier engagement process
- Provision of shared service centre to the Property Function
- Ownership of the Do/Buy
- Communications

Hard Skills - BS/BA degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent work experience) required
- Significant experience of delivering a seamless integration of remote and in-person work through strategic planning
- Ability to gain consensus, communicate policy, build relationships and create systems for managing data needed in a timely, and effective manner
- Experience establishing and implementing effective business processes and procedures, related to corporate real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through clear and concise reports.
- Expertise in preparing, managing and controlling large scale real estate budgets
- Expertise in identifying cost saving opportunities
- Experience in negotiating purchase/service contracts and service agreements.
- Proficiency in managing contracts with third party service providers
