Full Job Description

As Head of Compensation and Benefits for GLF Schools you will work with key stakeholders to coordinate and plan our benefits and compensation packages. You will be responsible for administering daily compensation and benefits-related tasks and supporting the HR team with recruitment and retention processes. Your duties will also include analysing our existing packages and strategies and making relevant updates to ensure they comply with current regulations and legislation. The successful applicant will have excellent decision-making skills with extensive remunerations experience You will also lead and manage the Payroll and Pensions team ensuring a comprehensive payroll and pensions service to the Trust, ensuring timely, accurate payments, legal compliance and excellent customer service. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and collaborating with other operational partners as well as the wider people team, you will also have the opportunity to support appropriate HR projects. This is a full-time, full year post based at our Head Office in Banstead.

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business management, human resources, or related field
  • Experience with Compensation and Benefits
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, trends, and practices.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation practices and C&B surveys/benchmarking.
  • Advanced numerical skills and data analytics.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
