Our focus is on understanding the complexities of rapidly evolving supply chains and translating this knowledge into accurate data, unbiased analysis, and expert insight, to support industry and government decision makers.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Consulting. In this pivotal role, you will lead our consulting division, delivering top-tier strategic advice and solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our senior leadership, global team of analysts, and business development teams to drive impactful projects and foster growth. Apply promptly!   • Lead and manage the consulting division, setting clear objectives and ensuring targets are met.
  • Implement strategic plans to enhance our consulting offer and expand our market presence.
  • Improve and maintain relevant collateral and proposal templates with our marketing team.
  • Proactively seek out consulting opportunities and RFPs via established industry channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs so that tailored projects can be originated.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key consulting clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with the global team to leverage expertise, staff projects and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Assist with the execution of consulting projects where viable and applicable.
  • Provide reporting and feedback to company directors and the wider team as appropriate.
  • Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields.
  • 10+ years in senior consulting roles, with proven team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative consulting solutions.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining high-profile client relationships.
  • Experience in, or strong understanding of, the critical materials and energy transition space.
