Full Job Description

The post is a senior role within the finance directorate and plays a pivotal role in the interface between the finance directorate and the rest of the organisation. They will help lead on the operational development of the directorate; and ensure plans are in place and delivered to achieve the strategy; underpinned by the delivery of short to medium term objectives., o The post holder will lead work within the Directorate and the team to ensure that workstream and programmes are planned and carried out effectively.

o The post holder will work with the Deputy Director to lead the team

o The post holder will act as the main point of contact within the ICB for their designatedcontract area. They will work with teams across the ICB to ensure contracts areestablished and managed within effective performance management, value for moneyand quality parameters.

o Take a lead in the coordination of training, development and recruitment activity acrossthe Directorate.
