Full Job Description

To develop and deliver an effective CRM strategy at ITV, in support of the Marketing goals, particularly focusing on driving conversion and retention of viewers for ITV's streaming proposition. The main responsibilities are:

  • Develops the strategy for CRM and targeted in-stream VOD promotions in support of the M&E and Marketing goals
  • Leads the development of an effective segmentation and targeting approach, to get the right message, to the right viewer, at the right time
  • Works with the wider Marketing department to set channel KPIs for the team
  • Collaborates with the wider Media team to deliver integrated media activity
  • Leads the CRM team to deliver that strategy through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement - employing appropriate agile, test-and-learn, and performance-led techniques
  • Monitors the impact of CRM, via appropriate attribution and econometric modelling, and drives an effectiveness-led culture
  • Leads M&E's approach to CRM consent and works with the Legal team to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Acts as the lead CRM expert for M&E, champions data-led and automated marketing, and is a senior voice on the Media Leadership Team
  • Works with the Senior Media Capability Manager to identify, deliver and maintain the martech required for CRM and wider data-led marketing activities
  • Manages external agencies and suppliers, and effectively deploys the CRM budget, to ensure the successful delivery of CRM at ITV
  • Manages a high performing team, delivering results and supporting the team's development

    Highly experienced in data-driven marketing, with a strong understanding of one-to-one communication strategies
  • A strong understanding of how to use insight, segmentation and targeting to drive relevance and improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to dene business targets and KPIs for CRM and/or another performance marketing channel
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of building high performing teams and influencing others
