Join our dynamic team as the Head of Data and Reporting, where you'll collaborate closely with the ICT Director and Data Architect. This crucial role is key to advancing our data strategy, maintaining top-tier data integrity, and producing insightful reports that guide strategic decisions. About you The role holder will rely on their exceptional relationship skills to create business buy-in and bring together expertise from across the organisation to create a community that can deliver results in line with the strategic priorities. Comfortable with ambiguity, this role holder will provide insight, council, and direction to all Data and Reporting demands. The Head of Data and Reporting will develop and mature the newly established Data and Reporting function, such as planning and designing technical strategy, alongside creating competitive advantage and faster execution aligned to strategies by understanding our core competencies.
