This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Kent and Medway Analytics Team where professional supervision and development will be provided and professional registration will be encouraged. As early adopters of the National CompetencyFramework, NHS England, for Analytics we attach a high level of importance on the development of our analytical staff.The Analytics Team is a large and friendly team, working to the ICB's Chief Analytical Officer, who is responsible for delivering the Data and Analytics strategy. The team supports the ICB to become increasingly self-standing and self-assuring, bycreating meaningful insight into delivery and performance, in line with delegated oversight responsibilities from NHS England.The ICB analytics function provides an independent and objective, evidence-based view of how the ICB, Kent and Medway providers, our four Health and Care Partnerships, and other system partners are performing and understanding any supportrequirements they may have.This makes
for a dynamic workload requiring the valuable development of analytical information and insights., To develop a 'house-style' to all reporting across the ICB, predominantly but exclusively in PowerBI.To work collaboratively with our data engineering department to agree a consistent approach to data modelling.To create a series of resources to make it simpler for people to create their own reports quickly and simply.To provide publishing oversight to all new reports to ensure that everything is created in a consistent manner.To support the development of resources across a range of platforms including mobile to enable greater self-service of data.
