Full Job Description
- As the Head of Decommissioning you will be an inspirational leader accountable for the decommissioning business for the UK and Ireland.
- Responsibility and full ownership for the strategic direction, budgeting, business development sales and marketing, commercial management and reporting, delivery of operations and the health and safety performance.
- Lead the growth strategy of the overall business fostering a future pipeline of business, stimulating growth and develop future opportunities.being well networked within the industry
- Driving profitable growth opportunities within the decommissioning industry and being responsible for business development activities and customer relationship management of large and complex clients.
- Setting direction, leading the team, nurturing and developing leaders to support the delivery and service offering whilst meeting the needs of our customers.
- Creating strategic partnerships with experts within the UK and other geographies across the business to design and implement technical solutions which are lean, effective and industry leading to meet our customer needs.
- Building strategic long term relationships with key customers and maintaining client relationships, including attendance at client framework meetings.

Experience of leading and managing decommissioning operations. - Demonstrable knowledge of decommissioning.
- Demonstrable track record of leading high performing teams.
- Extensive experience of leading and influencing across a large organisation.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- A strategic thinker who is solution focussed.
- Familiar with client base and their commerciality, competitors and the culture of the industry.
