Full Job Description

Asset Management has an internal Change Function that includes approximately 100 full-time employees and supports an annual change spend of $30 million to $40 million distributed among six sub value streams. The Head of Delivery Governance will be responsible for generating all the necessary management information to effectively execute the change agenda. They will collaborate with the Global COO and report to the Global Head of Business Transformation to supervise the change portfolio and planning. This role involves extensive cooperation across the AM business, necessitating a commercial mindset and a thorough understanding of group change framework. It is a crucial position that offers exposure to C-Suite executives and can serve as a pathway to promotion to director level.,

  • Collaborating with the Global Head of Business Transformation and the Global COO to supervise the change portfolio and all planning.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sub Value Stream leads and Project Managers to grasp the Change MI comprehensively, enhance reporting, and assist in fulfilling senior management requests.
  • Collaborating with the Business owners, engaging them in the reporting and execution of the strategic agenda.
  • Providing supervision and scrutiny to the execution of the change agenda. Supervising all activities with a strong emphasis on delivering Shareholder Value.
  • Leading annual planning, facilitating crucial forums, and managing reporting and MI for senior executives, thus necessitating effective communication at this level.

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Significant prior experience in Asset Management is essential for this position. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of the AM business.
  • A commercial and analytical mindset is required. Some previous experience from either Finance, Planning, or Project/Change management is crucial for this role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. The ability to communicate with external service providers and individuals at various levels is a must.
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can work in an Agile environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with proficient project management abilities. Competency in using Jira and Confluence tools is required.
