Full Job Description

The Head of Development will ensure oversight and assurance of the Technical Health and Business Value Health of all business-critical applications for Shaw Trust. Through Application Portfolio Management (APM) this role will manage and optimise a variety of SaaS and 3^rd party applications through consolidation, implementations, development, negotiations and continuous improvement.

They will be responsible to leverage and optimise Azure data management and automation capabilities to create efficiencies through automated account provisioning, identity management, coordinated hierarchies across all business-critical applications.

The Head of Development will be responsible for working with Product Owners and key business stakeholders, to oversee and drive the delivery of APM workstreams ensuring a proactive approach to driving automations, integrations and improvements, whilst ensuring robust technical and security oversight.

+ Extensive understanding of the Azure platform and its Azure data development, including but not limited to Azure storage, Azure SQL, Azure data Factory, Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Authentication
+ Understanding of SQL or other coding principles / language for purposes of master data service integrations
+ Extensive experience of Application Portfolio Management
+ Extensive experience delivering application integrations and identity management and account provision solutions
