Full Job Description

  • Own and lead on the comprehensive digital technology and information management strategy that aligns with the JV improvement plan and wider business plan.
  • Set and lead on the delivery of benchmarks and KPIs to measure the success of the digital strategy and ensure alignment with the data analytics and project controls strategy.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in construction and provide strategic recommendations on their adoption.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital strategy (digital technology, information management, 4D, visualisation etc.) to improve the design, planning, and delivery of construction projects.
  • Ensure that all construction projects incorporate digital technologies to drive efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among teams, as part of the JV improvement plan.

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in BIM is preferred, or;
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in construction, with at least 3 years in a senior role focused on digital transformation or technology adoption.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, processes and digital tools is essential.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Security clearance in order to work on secure projects is essential in this role.
