We have an exciting opportunity in our Digital team. We're seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Digital Marketing and User Experience to lead our dynamic team on a Fixed-Term Contract. This is an exciting time to join us on our digital transformation and growth journey and it is pivotal in shaping our digital strategy, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, and driving measurable results across all digital platforms. You'll be responsible for delivering and designing other key digital development programmes designed to drive spending, frequency and acquisition of new customers. The ability to lead a diverse team and manage and operate project budgets and third parties is also critical to this role. This role is for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of maternity. We offer hybrid working, so you will need to be able to commute comfortably to our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.   • Overall responsibility for trading activities for the website; drive a dynamic marketing and activity calendar for online.
  • Own and cultivate customer and commercial insight for the Online operation.
  • Overall responsibility for marketing activities for the website; working with Marketing function to deliver relevant and engaging content to customers in a dynamic way.
  • Responsible for paid advertising budget and ROI
  • Manage and optimise relationships with third parties and suppliers (e.g. tech platforms and marketing agencies)
  • A key leader in conceiving and developing future digital programmes designed to complement our e-commerce business.
  • Ultimately responsible for programme delivery of other related digital transformation programmes designed to drive spend, frequency and customer acquisition.
