Full Job Description

As the Head of Directory Services and Enterprise Platforms for Identity and Access Management, your key responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of effective and innovative Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, solutions, and services across all enterprise platforms Job Requirements:

  • Lead the development of the IAM policies, procedures, and standards to be implemented across all Active Directory and access controls for enterprise platforms.
  • Manage the use of directories, secure LDAP, and single sign-on (SSO) technologies for authentication and authorisation services.
  • Oversee and manage directory infrastructure and services, including directory servers (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP), federation servers,IBMi, IBMz, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, authentication and the like.
  • Ensuring that strategic objectives aligned to AD and Enterprise Platforms are being met by working collaboratively with the IAM teams and stakeholders
  • In collaboration with the Cybersecurity and CTO teams, oversee and maintain an effective identity and access management program that aligns with industry best practices and standards.
  • Ensure that IAM solutions meet business security and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and lead engineering efforts for IAM services, solutions, and integrations across all enterprise platforms.
  • Participate in the selection and approval of vendors, products, and technologies related to identity and access management services.
  • Develop and manage the IAM budget, including vendor contracts and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as product engineering, data security, network operations, and business operations, to develop and maintain efficient IAM programs.

    Relevant experience in technology management, with a focus on IAM, directory services and managing security on mainframe platforms.
  • Experience in leadership role with a track record of success in leading IT teams and projects.
  • Technical proficiency with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, IAM Software, Mainframes (iBMi and IBMz), and security technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IAM technologies such as AWS IAM and Microsoft Entra ID, IBMi, iBMz and RACF
  • Extensive understanding of IAM trends, current industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and leading a large diverse team spread across different geographies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • CISSP ,CISM or relevant Microsoft Certified AD/Entra/Azure certification will be desirable
