Head of eCommerce - 39 hours

As part of our leadership team, you will shape and execute the ecommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with our omnichannel objectives. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will lead a talented team of 5 direct reports and a broader group of approximately 15, working across categories, digital merchandising, content, and campaign planning. This role is pivotal to the success of our ecommerce business and will play a key role in driving innovation and customer lifetime value.,

• Lead the eCommerce Strategy - Develop and execute growth-focused ecommerce strategies, ensuring our online retail, vets, and grooming services thrive. (Primary focus: retail).
• Maximise Sales & Profit - Own trade planning and performance reporting, delivering corrective actions to stay on budget.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work cross-functionally to influence and align with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to drive availability and fulfilment.
• Drive Innovation - Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviours to identify new opportunities.
