Full Job Description

Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Education, the Education Lead for Allied Health Professions (AHP) will be a senior member of the GOSH Learning Academy (GLA) team and will lead the effective development, implementation, and delivery of education for AHPs (including pharmacy, social work, psychology and play).
You will work closely with the Chief of AHPs and the wider GLA team in delivering the GLA Strategy, to underpin the delivery and implementation of the AHP Strategy., We are looking for someone to provide strategic leadership for AHPs pan-Trust and will act as a key link between the Chief of AHPs, the GLA Education Teams, other multi-professional teams within the Trust, and our external partners.
You will take a key role in the development and implementation of Education for AHPs within the GOSH Learning Academy which aims to provide first choice, multi-professional paediatric education and training, including non-clinical and non-professional education and training, utilising state of the art technologies within contemporary evidence-based, designed learning environments.
The role will require you to work autonomously and to have a continued focus on high quality learning for the workforce providing education, training, and development that supports the Trust's strategic objectives.
