We're looking for a Head of EMEA Sales to join our dynamic Sales Team on a permanent basis.

The Head of EMEA Sales function reports directly to the Head of Global Sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives in Europe.

· Identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.

· Monitor and analyses sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize performance.

· Implement sales reporting tools and systems to track progress and provide valuable insights to senior management.

· Ensure the delivery of monthly sales targets.

Marketing Management:

· Adapt and execute a marketing plan that supports the company's growth objectives in Europe.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the marketing teams, to develop and implement impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

· Effectively manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the impact of marketing activities.

· Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to expand the brand's reach and enhance customer engagement.

· Work closely with the central marketing team to maximise opportunities.

Strategy and Leadership:

· Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.

· Lead, mentor and develop the sales teams in Europe, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen relationships with partners and customers.

· Effectively communicate the brand story and product offerings across various media channels to engage existing and new customers, Although applications from those seeking a remote position will be considered as long as it is accepted that travel to our London Bridge office is a necessity as required, this is ideally a hybrid role, with approximately 1-2 days in the London office per week as required.

· 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics, audio or related industries.

· Demonstrated a track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.

· In-depth understanding of the European market and consumer behaviours.
