We're looking for a Head of EMEA Sales to join our dynamic Sales Team on a permanent basis. We have big plans and need someone with the talent and ambition to help make these happen. The Head of EMEA Sales function reports directly to the Head of Global Sales.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives in Europe.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyses sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize performance.
  • Implement sales reporting tools and systems to track progress and provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure the delivery of monthly sales targets.
  • Marketing Management :
  • Adapt and execute a marketing plan that supports the company's growth objectives in Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the marketing teams, to develop and implement impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
  • Effectively manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to expand the brand's reach and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the central marketing team to maximise opportunities.
  • Strategy and Leadership :
  • Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the sales teams in Europe, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen relationships with partners and customers.
  • Effectively communicate the brand story and product offerings across various media channels to engage existing and new customers

    5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics, audio or related industries.
  • Demonstrated a track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
  • In-depth understanding of the European market and consumer behaviours., 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics, audio or related industries. · Demonstrated a track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. · Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
  • In-depth understanding of the European market and consumer behaviours. Salary : The package on offer, as ever, is dependent on experience.
  • Location : Although applications from those seeking a remote position will be considered as long as it is accepted that travel to our London Bridge office is a necessity as required, this is ideally a hybrid role, with approximately 1-2 days in the London office per week as required.
