I am partnering exclusively with a strong performing and growing, medium sixed global manufacturing business based near Crewe to secure an experienced, technical and commercial finance leader to become their new Head of Finance. The role would suit a genuine all rounder, confident to own internal and external reporting, all associated inputs and aspects of core Finance at the head of a small Finance team - someone keen to work with and champion the team to drive improvements to process and quality of offering and to partner with sales and operational leaders to continue to improve the financial performance of the business.
