London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) is looking for a high calibre individual to fill a Head of Finance role. The role will involve working closely as a senior finance business partner with the divisional leadership team to support the delivery of service & financial objectives., The post holder will add value to the divisions by : + Providing expert financial advice for large strategic projects or service developments + Lead on short and medium term divisional finance plans + Support the planning and delivery of cost and productivity improvement plans + Lead the delivery of high-quality finance business partnering support to the divisions + Support the drive to embed service line reporting and patient level costing across clinical areas + Benchmarking the Trust against other trusts, using this analysis and other tools to drive efficiencies + Lead the development of the finance team, We promote the wellbeing and safety of all our patients and carers by acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately, according to the standards determined by our policy and procedures.
