Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance Operations who will play a key role in the organisation being a key member of the Operational Leadership Team.

The Head of Finance Operations will ensure the provision of consistent, robust and accurate financial data to the organisation on a timely basis. In addition, you will provide effective leadership of the financial accounting and payroll teams and be responsible for the integrity of the organisations financial data.

The role holder will lead the preparation of the annual accounts and will be the primary liaison point with the external auditors. You will maintain robust financial controls, high standards of delivery service and regulatory compliance across the finance function., Oversight of the Financial accounting and payroll functions with responsibility for ensuring delivery of service, compliance, and accurate financial data.

The Childrens Trust is the UKs leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
