Full Job Description

+ Responsible for the leadership and day to day operational management of the Trust's financial management department
+ Provision of a comprehensive finance and business support service across the organisation to enable the Trust's resources to be managed effectively, efficiently and within budget.
+ Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts and the co-ordination of the production of all corporate financial performance reporting within the Trust., Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data. In submitting an application form, you authorise us to confirm any previous NHS service details via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) process. Including factual reference, occupational health clearance and statutory and mandatory training records

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Financial Management for Team NHFT. We are recruiting for a qualified accountant with extensive financial management experience. Leading a team will be a passion of the successful candidate along with providing and adhering to a robust financial control environment. Financial reporting experience will be required along with the ability to work autonomously and knowing when to seek support.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.
