The Head of FP&A plays a crucial role in supporting the CFO and helping the organisation effectively manage their finances, make informed decisions and achieve strategic objectives. The role will best suit someone that is a collegiate team player, enjoys being part of a growth journey, commercial, strategic and ambitious. What you will be doing

  • Lead the development of the company's long-term financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support key business decisions. Establish the FP&A team as a trusted advisor to the business, building strong decision-making support and ad hoc analysis capability.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, long-term planning, and forecasting activities including cash flow forecasting across the group.
  • Ownership of our long-term planning financial strategic plan including tracking against the plan during planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Oversee and scrutiny the of monthly, quarterly, annual financial and other ad-hoc reports for executive leadership, shareholder and other stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Analyse financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, risks, opportunities as well as corrective actions.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional finance qualification preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-business unit environment.
  • Self-driven with hunger to drive improvement and financial results.
  • Ability to both work strategically long term and at the same time have detailed insight in operational and financial performance to support the teams across the Group.
  • High emotional intelligence and good relationship builder comfortable working across the Group with both senior executives and operational teams.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Experience in investor relationship management or private equity.
