Head of Financial Planning and Performance

This is a unique Head of Financial Planning and Performance role is like no other. • Lead Financial Planning: Spearhead the annual financial planning process, producing insightful projections and forecasts.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive financial performance reports to the UK Board and Unum Group.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
• Expense Management: Oversee expense budgets and conduct activity-based costing to drive efficiency.
• Management Reporting: Produce and present monthly and quarterly management reports.
• M&A Support: Play a key role in M&A activities and maintain relationships with rating agencies.

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in financial services/insurance.
• You have a strategic mindset and can see the big picture while managing the details.
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to influence and inspire others.
• You excel at building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Your ability to analyse complex data helps you make informed decisions.
