Full Job Description

As the Head of Gaming for Grace Media, you will be a highly organised individual that drives performance through their teams. You will work closely with the Operations Director and be pivotal to formulating the strategy of all gaming activity on the Grace Media platform. This includes Casino, Sports and Bingo.

You will be able to articulate your vision of the product and team, creating clear plans to your approach, own the performance of revenue across these areas and ensure the management of these key areas of control that will include ensuring all teams and individuals are managed to their full extent, for the exceeding of performance. Working closely with other functions such as the partnership, SG, AML and fraud teams to balance promotional activity and bettors, with risk ensuring that the business is aligned and moving in the correct direction.

The successful candidate will be highly adept at working in numbers and detail driven environment. Capable of analysing and understanding the bigger picture through site, content and campaign analytics and will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of customer behaviour.

  • Working closely with the marketing department to optimise performance and cross-sell opportunities on an ongoing basis through the team

  • Working on new projects and ensuring that these are being driven forward and delivered both on time and on budget

  • Creation and ongoing management of product strategy.

  • Championing our product offering and working closely with clients to ensure optimal performance

  • Accountable for all gaming performance and hitting KPIs across the product

  • Managing the separate verticals and teams for each product

  • Managing a team and supporting with work performance, managing KPIs, time management and other managerial duties as required

  • Report management and execution to understand success and fail points of promotions

  • Quality checking controls and Processes demonstrating a Best Practise, to ensure that everything is done to the highest possible standard

  • Treating each player with the relevant restrictions and offerings depending on their country of play and the product that they are playing on

  • Focusing on ADPU and ARPU across the platform

  • Ensuring player touch points are correct and compliant with the necessary jurisdiction.

  • Driving revenue on a partner level not just network

  • Optimisation of campaigns focusing on the improvement of Active, Lapsed & RND Players across relevant segmented areas

  • Improving registration to deposit rates

  • Responsible for Gamification & optimization

  • Responsible for the delivery of relevant CRM tools

  • Forming key relationships with third party providers

  • Responding in a timely manner to partner queries

  • Liaising with the outsourced Bingo team to ensure they are performing and hitting targets

  • AOB

    Experience in managing multiple teams is key

  • Experience within multiple verticals of the gaming industry is preferable

  • Ability to analyse information and react to all situations

  • A storyteller that can clearly explain plans and projections to external clients & teams Effective time management

  • Knowledge of gambling compliance and processes

  • Strategic thinker with significant experience of using consumer insights, data and business strategy to build extraordinary Marketing Plans & campaigns
