Head of General Supplies Delivery

To provide a CSS point of focus for the customer in relation to General Supplies and to provider overall leadership of the prioritisation, progression and resolution of GS matters. Job Responsibilities: This role will cover the oversight of the following: - General Supplies (GS) Contract re-lets - GS related Contract changes - GS supplier relationship management - Liaison with CMO's GS POC - Liaison with FLC POC's as required - Contributing to TL forecasting and Supply Chain activities in relation to GS - Providing appropriate MI and progress reports to the CSS Director and SLT in relation to GS matters - Progressing and supporting the resolution of any other GS matters as directed by the CSS Director

Previous experience in a similar role - understanding of contract re-lets, changes and supplier relationship management - Excellent Stakeholder skills - Ability to communicate effectively across Pillars/Suppliers/CMO/FLC's etc - Proven ability to persuade, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to manage varying priorities
