Full Job Description

George Salter Academy is a friendly, happy and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring Head of Geography to join us from January 2025.

The successful candidate will provide professional leadership and management of Geography in order to secure high quality teaching, combining subject expertise with a passion for securing the highest outcomes. You will also play a vital role in fostering curiosity and critical thinking among our students. The post would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Geography teacher looking to further their career.

The successful candidate will benefit from being part of Ormiston Academies Trust, a MAT of 43 primary and secondary academies.
