The ideal candidate will be an innovative teacher with a proven track record of success in teaching Geography across all ages and ability ranges (KS3 to KS5) and be able to provide evidence of successful teaching strategies and excellent organisational skills. Candidates interested in the Head of Department position should also possess proficiency in data analysis and a readiness to take responsibility for specific curriculum areas, including assessment and enhancing teaching and learning practices.
