Full Job Description

  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and Business Process Owners (BPOs) to establish and maintain best-in-class process standards.

  • Your key challenge will be to ensure that Business Process Owners (BPOs) are fully equipped and resourced to design and implement efficient, effective processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • With multiple global processes designed to varying levels of detail, you will play a critical role in mobilizing our teams to enhance process management and adoption.

As the Head of the Global Process CoE, you will be instrumental in driving this change, leveraging your ability to build fantastic relationships and champion the value of business process management.

    Demonstrable experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

  • Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions

  • Experience in leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformation

  • Proficient in using BPM tools, specifically Signavio, process mapping tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
